1. Introduction and acceptance

These terms of use govern your use of the One2ManySites website and hosting service. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

One2ManySites is operated as a sole trader business based in England. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to One2ManySites, and "you" and "your" refer to you, the customer.

2. The service

One2ManySites provides managed web hosting for PHP websites, including WordPress. Each hosting account includes an isolated Docker container running PHP 8.3 with Apache, a MariaDB 11 database, Redis caching, automatic SSL certificates, daily backups, a file manager, and one-click WordPress installation.

All websites are hosted in EU data centres. We manage the underlying server infrastructure, security updates and system maintenance so that you can focus on your website.

3. Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

We use magic link authentication, which means you log in by clicking a unique link sent to your email address. There are no passwords to manage. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, as anyone with access to your email can access your One2ManySites account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your contact details up to date.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. The Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with your hosting account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Payment and billing

The service costs £9.98 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Any price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Content and data

You own the content you upload to your hosting account. We do not claim any rights over your files, databases, or website content. We will not access, use or share your content except as necessary to provide the service, comply with the law, or enforce these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others and complies with applicable laws. We may remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or that we are required to remove by law.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

We will give reasonable notice before planned maintenance that may cause downtime. Where possible, maintenance will be carried out during off-peak hours.

We do not offer a formal service level agreement (SLA). The service is provided on a best-efforts basis.

8. Backups

We take automatic daily backups of your website files and database. Backups are retained for a limited period and can be restored from the control panel.

While we take care to ensure backups are reliable, they are provided as a convenience and not a guarantee. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content. We recommend downloading a backup regularly and storing it somewhere safe.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to do so by law.

When your account is cancelled, we will retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind or need to retrieve your files. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. During this period, you can contact us to request a copy of your data.

If we terminate your account due to a serious breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may delete your data immediately without the 30-day retention period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One2ManySites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are significant.

Your continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and cancel your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch. We are happy to help and will respond as quickly as we can.
