What is managed hosting?
Managed hosting means we take care of the server infrastructure for you. This includes security updates, performance optimisation, backups and monitoring. You focus on building your website; we keep it running smoothly.
What applications can I run?
You can install WordPress with a single click, or deploy your own applications using custom Docker Compose. We provide a web server and database as standard, and you can add whatever services you need on top.
Where is my data stored?
Your website data is stored on servers in EU data centres operated by Hetzner. All data transfers are encrypted, and we comply with GDPR requirements for data handling and privacy.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every website gets a free subdomain (yoursite.my.one2manysites.com), and you can connect your own custom domain name. We provide the DNS records you need, and SSL is configured automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time with no penalties. Before cancellation, you can export your database and download your files through the control panel. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently removed.
Do you offer email hosting?
We focus on web hosting and do not include email hosting. We recommend using a privacy-focused EU email provider such as Tuta, Proton Mail, or a self-hosted solution like Mailcow for reliable email delivery.
